Nick Larrimore, CGCS (Superintendent)

Plantation Lakes Country Club | Millsboro, DE

Nick Larrimore has been active in the golf course industry for 12 years working at various facilities in the Mid-Atlantic region. His experiences range from daily fee public facilities to high end private facilities. His pride in efficient utilization of staff and resources to provide consistent championship quality on a daily basis has been a great asset since joining GMS and Plantation Lakes this year.


Nick’s formal education includes completion of his Bachelor’s degree in Turfgrass Science at Penn State University and Master’s Degree in Business Administration at Goldey-Beacom College. He has experienced many great golf course construction projects from planning through completion. With an impressive background, he also has tournament experience at Merion Golf Club during the 2009 Walker Cup Tournament and Wilmington Country Club during the 2013 Palmer Cup.


Nick is currently the Golf Course Superintendent at Plantation Lakes Golf & Country Club where exciting things are happening! The original front nine holes have been ranked in the top 3 courses in Delaware for the past two consecutive years. Nick worked extremely hard to help with the construction and maturation of the back 9 holes in 2020. Plantation Lakes continues to be recognized as one of the top golf courses in Delaware.


chris crowe, (Superintendent)

Musgrove CC / Jasper, AL

Chris has been with us at Musgrove Country Club for the past 10 years. He has held various positions and worked his way up to being promoted to Golf Course Superintendent in September of 2025. Musgrove Country Club has continued to progress under Chris's leadership which has resulted in elevated member / guest satisfaction and membership growth. Thank you, Chris, for your commitment to Musgrove and GMS. You have a bright future ahead of you!


Justin Brasseur (Director of Golf Course Maintenance)

The Villages Golf & Country Club / San Jose, CA

Justin has been in the golf course maintenance industry for over 20 years. Prior to joining GMS at The Villages Golf and Country Club in San Jose, CA, he was the Golf Course Superintendent at Redwood Canyon Golf Course in Castro Valley, CA. When Mark Wilson retired from the Director of Golf Course Maintenance position, we promoted Justin to the position. He is committed to environmental stewardship and recently received re-certification at The Villages. His energy and strong communication skill have helped GMS continue to build a strong relationship with The Villages community while providing a great golf experience and course conditions.


AJ Costello (Superintendent)

Myakka Pines Golf Club / Englewood, FL

The GMS family welcomes Alexander (AJ) Costello as the new superintendent at Myakka Pines Golf Club in Englewood, FL. Prior to joining us in December of 2024, AJ was Superintendent at Shadow Wood Country Club in Estero, FL and served as an Assistant Superintendent at Grey Oaks Country Club in Naples, FL. His prior experience, turfgrass knowledge, organization, and attention to detail are all part of our GMS culture and in just a few months, he has helped elevate course conditions to levels GMS and our clients expect. AJ also enjoys fishing, golfing, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and his growing family. Congratulations to AJ and his wife on the recent birth of their second daughter. We are excited about the future for AJ and Myakka Pines Golf Club.
